1. Who we are

The Scrapbook Builder is run by Footy Fits Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St. Edmunds, England, IP28 7DE. Company number 15020917. You can contact us at info@footyfits.co.uk.

2. Your account

• You need a free account to build a scrapbook. You must be 18 or over to create an account and to place an order.
• Please keep your login details safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
• Building and saving a scrapbook is free. You only pay when you order a printed copy.

3. Your photos, videos and words

You keep full ownership of everything you add to your scrapbook. By adding content you confirm that:

• you own it or have permission to use it (for example, photos taken by other parents or a club photographer);
• where it shows other people, including other children, you have the permission of those people or their parent or guardian to include them in your scrapbook and, for videos, to make the video viewable by anyone who scans the QR code;
• it isn’t unlawful, offensive, or infringing anyone else’s rights.

You give us permission to store, process and print your content only to provide the Scrapbook Builder and fulfil your orders. We don’t use your photos, videos or words for marketing unless you give us separate, explicit permission. We may refuse to print, or remove, content that breaks these terms.

4. Checking your book before you order

Your printed book will match the preview you see in the builder. Please check every page carefully, including spellings, names, scores, dates and photos, before you order. We print your book exactly as you designed it and we don’t proofread it. Where a photo is too low-resolution to print sharply, the builder warns you; if you choose to use it anyway, we can’t accept a return because it looks soft in print.

Colours on screen and on paper can differ slightly. Small variations in colour and trimming are a normal part of printing and aren’t a fault.

5. Interactive Scrapbooks (video highlights)

• An Interactive Scrapbook includes 10 minutes of video in total, with each clip up to 2 minutes long. You can add extra video time in 5-minute blocks. The Interactive upgrade and any extra video time are charged once per scrapbook, not per copy, and aren’t charged again if you order more copies of the same scrapbook later.
• Each video is printed in your book as a QR code. Anyone who scans the code, or has its link, can watch that video, so only add videos you’re happy to share in that way. Videos aren’t listed or searchable on our website.
• Once a book has been ordered, its videos are locked so its QR codes keep working. We intend to keep video highlights from ordered books online for as long as we run the Scrapbook Builder. If we ever have to stop, we’ll email you at least 90 days beforehand and send you copies of your videos on request.
• You can ask us to take a video down at any time (for example, if someone in it withdraws their consent). The QR code in your printed book will then stop working.

6. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The price for your book is shown before you pay and depends on the binding, the number of copies, the number of pages, paper, the Interactive upgrade and delivery.
• Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details.
• Your contract with us is formed when we email you to confirm your order.
• If we make an obvious pricing mistake we’ll contact you before your book is printed and you can cancel for a full refund.

7. Printing and delivery

• Your book usually arrives within 7–10 working days of payment, including printing and delivery. This is an estimate, especially around busy times such as the end of the season. We’ll email you when your book goes to print and when it’s dispatched.
• We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Please make sure your delivery address is correct: we can’t be responsible for books sent to an address you gave us in error.
• If your book hasn’t arrived within 7–10 working days of payment, please let us know and we’ll look into it.

8. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order for a full refund until it has been sent to print. Email us at info@footyfits.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible. Once printing has started we can’t cancel it or accept a return because you’ve changed your mind or spotted a mistake in your own content.

Faulty, damaged or wrong books

If your book arrives damaged, has a printing or binding fault, or isn’t what you ordered, please email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We’ll send a free reprint or, if you prefer, a full refund. You don’t need to send the book back unless we ask. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the card you paid with, usually within 14 days of us agreeing the refund.

9. Our responsibility to you

• We’re responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
• We aren’t responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for business losses: the Scrapbook Builder is for personal and club use.
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can’t be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
• We work hard to keep your scrapbooks safe, but please keep your own copies of important photos and videos. We aren’t responsible for content lost from draft scrapbooks.

10. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account and delete your scrapbooks at any time by emailing info@footyfits.co.uk. We may close accounts that break these terms. We may also delete draft scrapbooks (ones that were never ordered) from accounts that have been inactive for 24 months, after emailing you first. See our Privacy Policy for how long we keep your information.

11. Changes and the law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email us first: we’ll always try to sort it out.
